Please download our PDF Registration Form. This 'fillable' PDF is easy to complete on your computer (you can also print it and complete the form by hand). Once you've completed the form, please save it with your name as the file name and email it to the Cowichan Valley Hoo-Hoo Club at hoohooclub229@gmail.com. We will process your form and contact you with further payment details if required (credit card processing and e-transfer details).
